My name is Anelia and I am passionate about natural health and alternative medicine for healing the body. I got my degree from Clayton College of Natural Health and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Holistic Nutrition. Later on, I'm hoping to move forward to earn my professional credentials as a Doctor of Naturopathy (N.D.) in the future. For my traditional education, I have a B.S. in Liberal Studies and I am currently a grad student working on my master's degree in business administration. Then I will take a break from school for a year or so.
My goal is helping myself stay healthy through nutrition and helping others to recognize that food is medicine as well. I am involved in a research study to find the cause and cure for Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a pregnancy disease that causes life-threatening severe nausea and vomiting. The resulting malnutrition and dehydration affects the mother-to-be only without harming the fetus in the majority of cases.
My hobbies are reading, writing, and scrapbooking. I am enjoy collecting memorabilia which will someday end up in my scrapbooks.
